Snozone Milton Keynes
Real Snow. Real Slopes. Right Here in MK.
Snozone Milton Keynes is one of the UK’s most extraordinary attractions — a full indoor real snow ski and snowboard centre operating 364 days a year, completely unaffected by the British weather outside. Located inside the Xscape complex in Central MK, Snozone is Europe’s largest indoor real snow resort and one of only a handful in the entire UK.
Whether you’ve never set foot on a ski slope in your life or you’re a seasoned boarder looking to keep your skills sharp between Alpine trips — Snozone has something for you.
What’s at Snozone MK
The Slopes
Two main slopes for recreational skiing and snowboarding at different ability levels, plus a dedicated beginner lesson slope. All slopes use genuine real snow — not artificial surfaces — maintained year-round regardless of the season outside.
Lessons & Instruction
Snozone’s award-winning SnoAcademy offers structured lessons for complete beginners from age 3, group lessons for all ability levels, private coaching, and freestyle progression sessions for more advanced riders. Disability snowsports lessons are also available.
Lift Passes
Hourly lift passes available throughout opening hours. All passes include hire of skis or snowboard, boots, poles, and helmet — everything you need is provided. Ski jackets and salopettes are not available to hire at the UK venues so bring your own or purchase from the Snozone shop.
Holiday Camps & SnoAcademy
Award-winning holiday camps for children during school holidays — a brilliant way for young skiers to develop skills in a structured, fun environment.
Birthday Parties
Snozone offers children’s birthday party packages with a genuinely magical atmosphere — one of MK’s most memorable birthday experiences for young skiers.
Freestyle Sessions
Thursday evenings from 6pm feature dedicated freestyle coaching sessions — ideal for those looking to progress tricks and jumps.
Membership
Snozone membership offers significant savings for regular visitors — including free weekly lift passes, 50% off lift passes and group lessons (April–September), and priority booking. Enquire at the venue as online joining is currently suspended during website maintenance.
The Alpine Kitchen
An on-site restaurant and bar overlooking the slopes — serving hot food, snacks, sweet treats, and drinks including coffee and alcohol. Open daily up to one hour before slopes open.

Tips from WhatsOnMK
💡 Book well in advance for weekends — Saturday sessions in particular sell out fast. Weekday term-time slots are quietest and best for beginners who want more space.
💡 First time skiing? The SnoAcademy beginner lessons are genuinely excellent — structured, patient, and designed to get you moving confidently on your first visit.
💡 Make a full day of it — Xscape has a cinema (Cineworld), restaurants, and other entertainment. Combine Snozone with lunch or a film for a brilliant full day out.
💡 Evening freestyle sessions on Thursday nights from 6pm are great for intermediate and advanced riders wanting slope time in a more relaxed, social atmosphere.
💡 Regular visitors — the membership is genuinely excellent value if you plan to visit more than a handful of times a year. The free weekly lift pass alone pays for itself quickly.
